Founder Member My passions are travelling and textiles ; Photographing other cultures, their costumes and studying their craft techniques. I realise that, even though the modern world relentlessly intrudes, many cultural symbols remain; sometimes obscured, but still powerful. Although i work in a textile form, the techniques chosen are intrinsic to that piece: they may be small decorative objects or very large bold commissions like long silk hangings and altar frontal.
